Heirloom Tomatoes + Sourdough Toast

Last weekend, I went to my local farmers market and picked up some heirloom tomatoes and whole wheat sourdough bread for my avocado toast! I had no idea the tomatoes would be so delicious! My Mom picked up farm-fresh eggs from Weston, VT, which made this the perfect breakfast. I think I'm thinking of making sourdough toast on my own, but online it seems like it takes at least two weeks to make the sourdough starter and then bake the bread. We'll see if I can manage my way around that!
